He was in total silence in the room. We had to be as well. While we were quiet, he proclaimed some words. Magic ones, - people who take part in this exercice know what it takes to feel in a comfortable way. And he would always say "empty mind". I know it seems a hard thing to understand, but I think this is worth listening. And although I am sort of a raw girl, I got to change the way I am. And I am trying hard to do so. That is why I believe meditating is a huge way out to find yourself.
